Transaction targets are evaluated monthly and cannot be combined or carried forward to the next month. Each transaction cycle ends on the last day of the month throughout the campaign period.
If you miss the transaction target in a certain month, fret not. You can still continue and try again in the following months. No pressure — everything moves at the pace of your business.
*For Advance subscribers, you have the flexibility to qualify for either Tier 1 or Tier 2 each month — it’s not required to remain in the same tier consistently.

Promotional pricing and any applicable rebates are valid for subscribers who sign up between 1 August and 31 August 2025, with the senangPay Starter or Advance package at the standard rate of RM299* and RM499*, respectively. All fees are subject to 8% SST.

Rebate eligibility is based solely on successful transactions processed through the senangPay system. Only settled transactions will be counted. Transactions that are voided, refunded, or disputed will not be eligible.

The monthly transaction target is set based on the subscription month and applies through to 31 December 2025. Targets are assessed individually each month and cannot be consolidated or carried forward to subsequent months.

The monthly rebate scheme will be effective from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025. Transactions made in August 2025 will not be eligible for the rebate. However, we encourage you to complete all onboarding or integration processes within August, and start building your transaction momentum to prepare your business for the following months.

To qualify for the rebate, merchants must complete the full document submission as part of the account activation process. Merchants who meet the transaction threshold but fail to submit the required documents in full will be disqualified from receiving the rebate.

After the promotional period ends, the standard subscription rate will apply for renewals.

Refunds are not applicable for subscriptions under promotional pricing. All sales are final.

senangPay reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

This offer applies only to the specified Starter and Advance packages. It does not include additional features or third-party add-ons outside the subscribed package.

Any legal action or dispute will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which senangPay operates.

Rebate/cashback will be credited in line with senangPay’s finance procedures. The rebate will be processed and credited to your registered senangPay account within the following month after the transaction target is met. The actual crediting timeline is at the discretion of the senangPay finance team.
