1. Registration

Please ensure that your products or services comply with our prohibited items list. We do not entertain refunds resulting from a violation of our Terms of Agreement. For assurance, you may e-mail your product list to [email protected] before registration to verify.

2. Verification

  • The verification process will only start after you have successfully uploaded all required documents.
  • Our dedicated team will assist in verifying your documents and submitting them to the acquiring bank. We will reach out to you if we need more details from your end.
  • In the meantime, you can start setting up your online store with the basic features, such as our payment form. E-wallet payment options will become available to you at this stage except for GrabPay and ShopeePay. 

3. Approval

  • To enable the FPX and card payment features, the acquiring bank will review your submission and we’ll update you on the approval status. Please note that applications for prohibited products will not be considered.
  • Once approved, you can begin receiving payments for your online store! Thank you for choosing senangPay as your payment gateway. Together, we grow stronger.

4. Refund and account termination

  • The paid subscription fee is strictly non-refundable. If your application is rejected by the bank in the Approval phase, senangPay may consider a partial refund at its sole discretion.
  • Please carefully read and understand the Terms of Agreement upon signing up to avoid any future dispute. In case of any disputes, senangPay reserves the absolute right to determine the resolution.

What items are prohibited to sell under senangPay?

While senangPay prides itself in supporting all kinds of businesses, there is a line to be drawn for certain prohibited or restricted items. Products or services involving drugs, gambling, pyramid schemes, pornography, weapons, explosive items, and other activities or items that violate Malaysian government laws are strictly prohibited.
