- The Subscription Cashback Promotion is available for a limited time only and is open to new merchants who sign up between 17 August and 16 September 2026.
- The promotion is applicable only to new sign-ups for the Starter or Advance package at the standard annual subscription fee:
- Starter: RM199/year
- Advance: RM349/year
- To qualify for the subscription cashback, merchants must meet the required transaction criteria within the first 60 days from their sign-up date. Only successful and eligible transactions will be counted. Voided, cancelled, refunded, reversed, failed, or other unsuccessful transactions will not qualify.
- Cashback will be processed in accordance with senangPay-DOKU’s applicable financial and payout terms. A confirmation email will be sent only to merchants who have successfully met the cashback eligibility requirements.
- Any subscription cancellation or refund during the campaign or qualifying transaction period will result in the merchant becoming ineligible for the cashback.
- senangPay-DOKU reserves the right to review, amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and its terms and conditions where necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the appropriate channels, where applicable.
- In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, qualifying transactions, cashback entitlement, or the promotion, senangPay-DOKU’s decision shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
