1. Eligibility & Selection
1.1 Participation is subject to approval only.
1.2 senangPay/DOKU reserves the right to select and onboard suitable merchants.
1.3 As pilot slots are limited, priority will be given to merchants with suitable business profiles and those who can complete onboarding requirements promptly.

2. Pilot Access
2.1 Pilot merchants will receive early access to the new DOKU platform prior to the full public rollout.
2.2 Features may be updated, modified, or limited during this phase.

3. Free Subscription
3.1 Eligible pilot merchants will receive a free annual subscription.
3.2 This benefit is non-transferable and subject to approval.

4. Testing & Feedback
4.1 Pilot merchants agree to actively use the platform and provide feedback when requested.
4.2 Feedback may be used to improve product features and performance.

5. Platform Stability
5.1 As this is a pilot phase, occasional bugs, delays, or interruptions may occur.
5.2 senangPay/DOKU will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions.

6. Data & Use Case Consent
6.1 Merchants agree that anonymised data, use cases, or testimonials may be used for product improvement or marketing purposes (with consent where required).

7. Support
7.1 Pilot merchants may receive dedicated or priority support during the pilot phase.

8. Termination
8.1 senangPay/DOKU reserves the right to modify or end the pilot programme at any time.
8.2 Participation may be revoked if these terms are not met.

9. Onboarding Requirements
9.1 Pilot merchants agree to cooperate in expediting the onboarding process, including the timely submission of all required documents and information as requested by senangPay/DOKU.
9.2 Delays in submission may affect onboarding timelines and participation in the pilot programme.
