Types of payment forms:
Universal form
Allows your customers to enter product details and prices independently, requiring only one form for all payments. Sample.
Unique form
Add specific products and monitor each product transaction separately. Sample.
Product collection form
Add multiple products into a single payment form to sell up to 10 different products in a single form. Sample.
Criteria and Redemption Process
This limited-time offer is valid for subscribers who sign up between 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
Terms and Conditions:
The limited-time Starter (FPX-only) package is available for sign-up from 1 October to 31 December 2025 only. It is valid for new senangPay merchants only. Existing merchants are not eligible to downgrade or renew under this package.
Promotional pricing and rebates apply to the Starter (RM299*) and Advance (RM499*) packages for merchants who sign up between 1 October and 31 December 2025 at the standard subscription rates. These offers are valid for new senangPay merchants only.
For Starter package subscribers, the cashback promotion is not eligible if you choose to subscribe using the promo code: YES2025.
All subscription fees are subject to 8% SST.
Prices, rebate values and eligibility criteria are subject to change without prior notice.
Refunds are not applicable for subscriptions under promotional pricing. All sales are final.
After the promotional period ends, standard subscription rates will apply for renewals.
Promotions that include cash rebates or free renewals are awarded solely based on meeting the specified transaction targets within the campaign period stated on the campaign page. Only successful and settled transactions processed through the senangPay system will count toward the target. Transactions that are voided, refunded, or disputed will not be eligible.
For the Starter (FPX-only) promotion, the discount is a one-time offer only. Subsequent renewals must follow the latest standard Starter rate unless stated otherwise.
Merchants must complete full document submission as part of the account activation process. Failure to submit required documents will result in disqualification, even if the transaction target is met.
Rebates/cashback will be processed and credited to the registered senangPay account within the following month after the target is met. The actual crediting timeline is subject to senangPay’s finance procedures.
This offer applies only to the specified packages (Starter and Advance) and does not include additional features or third-party add-ons outside the subscribed package.
