Promotional pricing is valid for subscribers who sign up from 1 March until 31 March 2025. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices shown are subject to an 8% SST.
The promotional offer applies to new sign-ups only and cannot be combined with other senangPay discounts or promotions. Cashback eligibility is based solely on successful transactions completed via the senangPay system.
To qualify for the rewards, eligible merchants must complete the required document submission as part of the account activation process. Merchants who meet the transaction amount but fail to submit the required documents in full will be disqualified from receiving the rewards.
Transaction Amount Calculation: The transaction growth will be measured based on monthly card transaction volume growth during the campaign period (within 60-day upon your sign up date). Transaction volume is calculated based on successful and settled transactions only (voided, refunded, or disputed transactions will not be counted).
After the initial promotional period, the standard rate will be charged for subscription renewal.
Refunds are not applicable for promotional pricing. All sales are final.
senangPay reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at its discretion.
The offer applies only to specified senangPay packages and is not valid for other add-on services or features beyond the subscribed packages.
Any legal action or dispute resolution process shall be conducted within the jurisdiction where senangPay operates.
Cashback will be credited in accordance with senangPay’s finance procedures. Under normal circumstances, if the criteria are met on or before the 15th of the month, the cashback will be credited to the merchant’s senangPay account by the end of that month. However, if the criteria are met after the 15th, the cashback will be credited at the end of the following month. The actual processing timeline remains at the discretion of senangPay’s finance team.
